GSA OASIS
Contract Description: GSA OASIS Small Business is a Best-in-Class (BIC) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle to expediently procure complex professional services by maximizing the streamlined acquisition process. GSA has done the heavy lifting of negotiating and awarding a master government-wide indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) program (under FAR 16.505), allowing agency acquisition professionals to focus on mission-critical requirements. OASIS provides flexible and innovative solutions in the core disciplines of the contract including program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services.

GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)
Contract Description: Under the MAS Program, GSA issues long-term government-wide contracts that provide federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial products, services and solutions at pre-negotiated pricing. The GSA Schedule is structured to support the 12 large categories established by OMB under the category management approach of smarter buying. MAS is further divided into subcategories and Special Item Numbers (SINs) that are aligned to NAICS codes to simplify the process for buyers and sellers to understand the scope of GSA’s offerings and find the products and services they are looking to buy or offer.

SeaPort-NxG
Contract Description: SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements via SeaPort-NxG IDIQ multiple award contract. The SeaPort-NxG portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-NxG platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-NxG approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.
