OASIS SB is a small business set-aside contract developed in response to the government’s substantial need for a hybrid, government-wide acquisition vehicle that provides a streamlined solution for federal agencies. It is designed to reduce duplication of contracting efforts across the government, and to provide agencies with comprehensive, integrated professional services contract options. With this contract vehicle, NikSoft is able to compete with other companies in Pool 1 and Pool 3, one of six based on NAICS codes.

The core disciplines of the OASIS SB contract include program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific services, and financial services. GSA’s goal in creating OASIS SB is to provide a total solution to agencies’ requirements, while maximizing opportunities for small businesses.
