DHA: NikSoft provides qualified technical support services in the area of program support for the migration of the Defense Health System Services (DHSS) systems and applications from the existing operating environments and hardware to the DISA provided operating environments and hardware to align with DHSS chief technology officer (CTO). NikSoft provides services that include information technology and program management support, operations, planning, scheduling, coordination, and support for the efficient and successful migration of all DISA-located DHSS applications and products across all Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) -located DHSS projects and activities prior to, during, and after migration from customer owned equipment to DISA Capacity Services. NikSoft also supports creation and update to all related system lifecycle and operational documentation/processes and participate in or lead associated technical reviews, as appropriate for all migrating systems prior to, during and after migration.
DISA: Provide subject matter experts for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and expansions as part of future Net Centric operations for the DISA PKI Program Management Office. Effort includes: development and coordination of PKI policies and procedures, engineering support of the DoD PKI implementation; performing compliance audits of DoD, national security system, and external certificate authorities; development of certification & accreditation documentation and facilitation of vulnerability assessments of the DoD PKI; and training of DoD certificate authority agents and other certificate issuance users.
AIR FORCE: NikSoft provides qualified technical support services to support Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations (ISR & SOF) Directorate with a range of professional services to include administrative, management analyst, procurement specialist, program/project management, acquisition, and security management and studies and analysis support capabilities. These services will allow the directorate to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of aircraft research, development, test, evaluation, production, and modernization/sustainment activities.
ARMY: NikSoft provides specialized support services for formal basic consumer marketing training with a primary focus on developing a solid core curriculum and that shall provide an understanding of the importance of “the marketing concept”, rooted in the fundamental Principles of Marketing, including “the 4P’s” market-mix model and marketing strategy planning. This Marketing 101 Training will support the Army personnel in understanding marketing principles/techniques/strategy-process steps and Branding. The training highlights the impact and vital role of marketing best practices execution/techniques and the operational importance/impact on all AMRG marketing recommendations and decisions forward.
AIR FORCE CIVIL ENGINEERING CENTER: NikSoft provides the Air Force Business Enterprise Systems (BES) Directorate for Civil Engineering (CE) Program Management Office (PMO) the Information Technology support that includes, but not limited to Program Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, Configuration Management Support, Geospatial Information Support, and Functional Testing Support at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Alabama. These services are required to ensure the CE systems section continues to provide optimum Information Technology support to the Air Force civil engineering community while meeting all required Air Force
and Department of Defense instructions, policies, directives and mandates.
ARNG: NikSoft provides professional, technical, organizational, and business improvement and support services required to facilitate the overall objectives of the ARNG and its members/ detachments/units including organizational assessments using Information Technology based methods, procedures and models, cost analysis, special projects/studies, information technology support, facilitation, administration, logistics, consulting, and training support services. NikSoft utilizes the ARNG's Information Technology to record, track, coordinate, manage, retrieve, and promulgate data and other associated information related tasks.
USPS: Niksoft provides full scale cyber services to the USPS Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Deputy CISO, Cybersecurity Engineering, Risk Management, Operations, and Digital Integration. Solutions provided include: Cybersecurity Engineering; Policy, Governance, eDiscovery, and Compliance; Risk Management Assessment, Authorization and Accreditation; Threat Intelligence, Threat Detection, Incident Management and Response; Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing; and Identity and Access Management. The USPS CISO organization has established 15 strategic initiative under which Niksoft supports the USPS CISO mission. Technologies include Documentum, Vignette, SharePoint, Java, C++, VB, .Net, WebSphere, JBOSS, WebLogic, Oracle, Webcenter, SQL Server, DB2, Business Objects, PeopleSoft, SAP, SiteMinder, and XML Gateway.
AFLCMC: Niksoft provides software development support for Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS) Sustainment to the Air Force Program Executive Office (AFPEO) Business Enterprise Systems (BES) Systems Enterprise Logistic Systems Division (HIA) at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Alabama. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and National Security Agency transportation activities use CMOS to automate and streamline base level cargo movement processes and support rapid movement of joint military capability anywhere in the world under any conditions.

HUD: Provide a turnkey records and document management solution for FHA. Successfully migrated the legacy paper documents into electronic documents and provide a managed services solutions enabling FHA to eliminate in-house IT costs. Solution includes full lifecycle records management including record pickup, chain of custody, record conversion (OCR), record retention, and record search. Migrated over 50 years of paper records to electronic records within a span of 3 months. This significantly eliminated the issues with FHA’s ability to properly assess the Lender compliance. Provided a search solution that enable FHA to search and compile within minutes, a lender package with all relevant lender documents in a single place. Significantly enhanced FHA’s ability to quickly respond to lender compliance issues and audit requests. Technologies used IBM Filenet, Oracle, Java, and OCR.
