Manesh Gupta

President & CEO

For more than 23 years, Manesh Gupta has been providing leadership and technical direction to government customers. After leading complex IT solutions for number of years, Manesh founded NikSoft in 1998 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He has successfully led NikSoft for over 15 years and has extensive operations management and business development experience in the federal government space. Manesh provides vision and leadership that has allowed NikSoft to continuously grow.

Manesh has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Gujarat, and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.

Atif Khalil

Vice President of Operations

Atif Khalil is a seasoned Information Technology leader with over 20 years of progressive experience leading federal government technology contracts. Mr. Khalil successfully led large and complex IT programs for the U.S. Postal Service, Dept. of Justice, and Dept. of Homeland Security. At NikSoft, he is responsible for operational oversight and management, as well as business development and growth for multiple accounts. Prior to joining NikSoft, Mr. Khalil held leadership roles at eGlobalTech and Camber Corporation.

Mr. Khalil holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds the CSM, CAL, and SAFe Agilist (SA) certifications.

Keye Sabol

Vice President

As the NikSoft Vice President, Keye brings over 32 years of expertise in the Operations, Requirements, Programming, and Strategic Planning Communities in the Air Force. He has experience within high levels of government including the Department of Defense, Congress, the Armed Services, and has retired as a Major General. He also has 7 years in the private sector, consulting for large and small businesses and multiple programs. He has managed customer relations and diverse workforces across various business areas and environments.

Keye has a Master’s Degree from the University of Delaware, a Bachelor’s Degree from the US Air Force Academy, and has completed a number of Senior Level Studies at the Harvard Kennedy School, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Syracuse University. He enjoys running, soccer, reading history books, and volunteering to lead mentoring programs at the church.

Andrew Waks

Senior Contracts Administrator

Andrew has over 20 years of experience in procurement management and support of Federal Government Contracts and Subcontracts and has successfully managed various complex IT solutions projects with DoD, DoS, DHS, HHS, GSA, DHA, DOT, VA, FAA, and NASA clients. Mr. Waks’ work experience and expertise includes all types of FFP, Cost Reimbursement, Incentive and T&M as well as various types of contract vehicles (including but not limited to IDIQ, GWAC, and GSA). Prior to joining NikSoft, Mr. Waks held Contracts and Subcontracts leadership roles with several well-known companies including AT&T, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, and Northrop Grumman.

Andrew has a MS Degree in Procurement, Acquisitions, Grants Mgmt. from American University, and a BA Degree in Liberal Studies from University of Pittsburgh.

Lt. General Ted Bowlds

Special Advisor - Air Force

Lt. General Ted Bowlds, USAF (Ret) has had a 45+ year career in the United States Air Force (USAF) and subsequent experience in industry leading multiple, large-scale, complex procurement activities, each dependent upon a strong ethics and solid research foundation. Many of these procurements were unique, global, time sensitive and bounded by numerous policies and practices; thus, requiring a technical competency combined with innovative, effective management expertise to enable efficient and successful product development and delivery. Multiple programs, such as the F-117 stealth fighter and the B-2, involved innovative research and collaboration across diverse industry and academia partners.

Ted has a PhD from George Washington University, a Master’s Degree from the University of Dayton, a Master’s Degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree from Mississippi State University, and numerous leadership and acquisition studies.
